1. Complain: Log your complain via by calling, emailing or filling the complain form.
2. Diagnosis: Our expert technician will evaluate your complain and diagnose the problem.
3. Repair: A team of dedicated technicians puts together a solution to fix the issue.
4. Send: We ship your backpack back to you on the address registered in you complain.

Warranty

Vamsum bags and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 years. If your Vamsum product fails due to a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser and/or original gift recipient.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e., zipper and velcro wear)
• Damages resulting from improper use or care (i.e., outdoor storage in damp environment, airlines, washing machines, dyers etc.)
• Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product.

Please provide a description of the issue, order # / proof of original purchase and photos. We will work diligently to address the claim and provide further instructions.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to get the product into Vamsum possession to begin the warranty process once a claim is authorized. Vamsum is not responsible for items not received or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using trackable shipping services like Bluedart , Dtdc or FedEx that also offer insurance.
